I agree Marlene! The fact the thought to reach out came to his mind (via his heart 👀) shows there is obvs some form of care there. Yes people move on but, as he said, they're forever linked and i think if they were in the same place again, both single, healed, going over what happened, now more experienced in love and life, more everything - I don't think its naive or an out of space notion to think that what was once a red hot flame between them, could be reignited anew.

You don't think it's suspicious for him to wait until Bryan's team starts attacking Rachel during their divorce; then decides to do interview showing all this concern for her. You don't see that as manipulative, opportunistic and attention-seeking. If he truly cared, why not wait till it was settled and contact her privately. I never liked Peter so I was trying to avoid talking about him because Bryan is the one pissing me off right now. But my notifications are on and I agree with @robinvolpi and @LA-ty2ug

I quite sadly intuited this split impending some time ago. I remember curiously looking them up, wondering how they were doing. My dear, late Mother and I had watched Rachel's season together years ago. When I looked at more recent videos of these two together, I sensed immense tension. Bryan, in particular, had such unhappiness in his eyes and emanating from his Spirit. It made me heart-heavy. I hope this road moving forward can be amicable for them.

Sad they split. Can't believe he is asking for alimony. Wish them both the best.

Yeah, that's ridiculous. Women usually are awarded alimony because they were stay at home moms and/or have been out of the workforce for so long that they lack skills to find a suitable job to support themselves. He is working, healthy and has his own business. It's disturbing for him to ask for support.

Bryan worked more than her. If you've ever listened to her podcast he used to be at work from 7am to 9pm everyday. His work isn't public so y'all don't know but she's spoken about how much he works.

What was low was that he is asking for alimony and they have only been together for 4 years and hes suppose to be a doctor.

I think Peter almost reached out, because he still cares for her. That’s the romantic in me,.,lol. Her season of the Bachelorette ended in 2017. Yet, Peter has only dated a few times, and has been concentrating on his career. If he was still not interested, I doubt he would have consented be interviewed by the host of the podcast. He may want Rachel to know that he would be there for her. I also suspect that because of the way it ended between them, the call would have to come from her. I always thought that Peter would have been a better fit for Rachel.

They only “lived separate lives” for a couple months to a year, that’s what Rachel said. He moved to LA with her as folks in relationships do to benefit from the fame and new opportunities it would bring to his business also i.e “Dr.Abs,” so he really shouldn’t b asking for alimony since her business ventures included her alone. I did read someone say that in LA it’s procedural to include alimony in the documentation and that’s it’s up to the person to pursue it or not. Idk. People tho should reaally stop attempting to add additional things to what Rachel said to make sense of their divorce.

I don’t believe him when he says he “almost reached out,” I believe he said that just to purely have something to say when he appeared on the podcast episode bc he saw it as an opportunity to remind folks that he still exists for maybe some future work opportunities , which he shouldn’t have even been asked to b apart of considering how this matter has absolutely nothing to do with him and how their relationship didn’t really end well. And he didn’t rlly like Brian at all during their season which he made known at the time, so that’s another factor that makes him seem full of it about nearly reaching out. You really are romantic, I’m romantic too but let’s b realistic. This was like 6 years ago..he no longer feels those feelings for her and if he had, I feel like maybe he would’ve proposed when she was basically begging / reasoning with him to. I remember feeling that Peter would’ve been a better fit bc of what we saw, but Brian and her proved me and everyone else wrong by staying together for 5+ years so it seems that they had a great connection and were the better fit. I remember Peter calling her a “girl from the hood” during the rap battle they had when Rachel is from the suburbs of Texas so in hindsight, I don’t believe he was all that socially conscious or aware at the time of his biases which could’ve meant disaster for them.

@@SupernaturalLove100 I will agree that we don’t know much about Peter’s life over the past 6 years. I have read that he has gone on with his life, and has been focused on building his business. Rachel also seems like a woman that would leave the past in the past. I simply have the feeling that Peter did really like her…not just love her, or beginning to love her. I also believe that Brian and Rachel wanted the same things at the beginning, but when opportunities presented themselves for a different career path. It’s just a shame that they couldn’t work things out in the end. However, I think this is his way of trying to test the waters. Men are strange. I know someone who has a man still interested in her, and they have not been together since they were teens. They are both now Seniors…lol

I believe Bryan is the one who has fertility issues, she will be fine. He won’t get any money from a 4 year relationship anyway and Thank Goodness she never had a baby for him. If Peter is smart, this can be his chance. For him to agree to this interview, it’s a way for him to let her know he’s open for her to reach out. He’s was lonely during that pandemic 😂

He likely is just asking for a one time paying to recoup the loss. Pretty sure he already has a chick on standby ready to get married again and have kids. He’s a single bachelor at this point that’s 6ft+ tall, in shape, a lot of woman find him attractive, and he makes high 6 figures. That’s what majority of woman are asking for these days. But big boss babe rach is 38, pass the wall and not that attractive. She can’t give a high value man to wife her, but at least she will get ran through by them 🤣
