They assumed, I suppose, that the aesthetic value of this music could be compromised in such a way that its value would be diminished. Baroque music is liked by very few people. I do not see it as optimal to equate this work with the style of unjustifiably cruel entities.

@@gergelyozsvar9890 One of the most well received games as of late features a level titled 'Clair de lune', which is made memorable from its difficulty and music change. The game has spiked in popularity, and as such this is a pop culture reference instead of an violent act.

@@torinlupo807 Probably their intentions are not destructive, but this action diminishes the deep intellectuality of the music, since it can be experienced in a game whose factors are not sufficiently justified and grounded. Eg God is dead, but they do not define death and God. They do not provide a tautological or ontological basis. Of course it can be argued that formal logic is not necessarily compatible with reality. There are, after all, formal systems. Of course my knowledge of these is limited, I have only dealt with critiques of such systems themselves, and more primitive rules. I would like to train myself better in this field in the future.

@@gergelyozsvar9890 what. Just let people enjoy music however they like, no matter how they discovered it. Their actions only diminish how *you* perceive his deep intellectuality of the music. It's not gonna really affect anybody else who listens to it, it's still the same music. As a classical musician myself, I just enjoy how fun his pieces are to play.

This is one of the most beautiful compositions for organ

It was my first real JSBach after the Eight Little Preludes and Fugues - the longer I play it, the more I love it...

Re-discovered this outstanding piece after re-watching Solaris ... I lost count how many times. The emotional impact of this music is so powerful. It makes me cry.

Solaris: mankind is trying to make contact, far away in outer space, with a living being in the shape of an ocean. "Ich ruf zu dir" is the theme of the movie. O my God. Erbarme dich.

First heard this piece as a child, while watching "Solyaris". Took me another 15-20 years before I found what it was actually called. To this day, I think this is one of the most beautiful melodies ever written.

I saw Solaris in the cinema with my father at the age of 10. This motif has been dormant in me for 50 years. I rediscovered it, loved it and played it on the organ. A wonderful and poignant piece.

He plays from the heart, he doesn’t need to read music , it’s inside him and it’s beautiful, the counterpoint weaves together in a way that takes me to another world. Beautifully filmed too. Thank you
