I hope you see this comment. My dad (65 years old) used to love this song and would play it loud on a loop, I really enjoyed it too. He passed away three months ago. Today I found this song again and I cried because it was like feeling the presence of my father in this wonderful video. Thank you so much.

I was told long ago, Bach name this song Air and he composed it in D Major, then someone re-arranged it in C Major that can only be played on one string on violin and that string is the G-string. I play it on 6 strings and still is no where near the G-string ^-^; nothing beats original.

Awesome job. Vinnie Moore covered this tune on his Time Odyssey record in the 80s. That version is utterly mind blowing and the best I ever heard.
