Usopp is my second favorite strawhat, just before Zoro. Whenever people call him a coward I remember of the quote "courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the assessment that something else is more important than fear". When shit is really serious and he's needed, he's always there for the crew, just like in Arlong Park or Alabasta. Guy is really funny too

Plus it almost feels like a disservice to give him a devil fruit, if anything they would have to bring a new devil fruit in that would be good for him without it pulling away from his fight style either by increased vision or giving him control more over plants

Her luck is not absolute, she has to cooperate to make it happen. For example, to dodge bullets she has to constantly move or run. If she wants to win the lottery, she has to buy a ticket.If you want to meet someone you have to visit the places you frequent. If you want to catch someone, you have to fight them. Her luck is not absolute, she has to make it happen. But,It would be great to see her win against this devil fruit. By the way, how did they beat her?

So she wins the lottery ( Her winning the lottery drained out all of the luck she stored up) not knowing her luck ran out she decides not to dodge Usopp's attack thinking it wouldn't hit her but since she had no more luck from the lottery she ends up getting hit by Usopp's attack knocking her out

For instance if her actions get a cannon to shoot at you and you see that you end up slipping on a banana peel and get shot, you could avoid that unfortunate future and be able to see the future until you pick a safe action. Most actions you could take would be unlucky, but theres always a right answer

This is one of those weird fruits that if it were canon it would imply that there some kind of luck value attached to people, meaning it could be countered like perona negative Ghost, if you already had 0 luck, you would be inmune

This is such a good power but quite easy to counter once you know its nature. She's weak to long ranged weapons. And of course if you cut her hands, she'd be at disadvantage. The key here is not telling the enemies about what it does. And she needs to be less obvious when touching people

And it's clear that people had different amounts , as the jobbers pretty much died , while the Straw Hat Trio just had cartoonish hijinks. So she could just walk up to an army with no haki or anything and just drain of their luck. She'd become a god in no time.

When her luck is zero, if she touched me, her luck would be -1000

Imagine if this fruit was used to it's full potential, I doubt she trained it at all, definitely seems like one of those fruits where the user doesn't feel the need to train She was too confident as well Imagine if she increased her luck reserves and was cautious about she used them

I would think the awakening would be like a more refined version of the chick with a luck power in dc, shown in cw arrowverse, she could drain others people luck and add it to her own, stack that ontop of being able to control how lucky people are and you got her ability awakened
