✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Soya Stick(सोया स्टिक ) - 6-7
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
* Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste(अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) - Some
* Salt (नमक ) - Some
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 1
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2
* Onion (प्याज) - 2
* Hung Curd(चक्का दही) - 4 Tbsp
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
* Curd Water(दही का पानी) - Some
* Cardamom Powder(इलाइची पाउड) - 1/2 Tsp
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 2 Spoon
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
* Cornflour(कॉर्नफ्लोर) - 2 Spoon
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Spoon
* Butter-Oil (तेल/मक्खन) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take some frozen Soya Chaap and put them in Water for 1-2 hours and then keep some oil for frying. Put squeezed Soya Chaap in the heated oil and fry them for 2-3 mins. Then take out the Soya Chaap and remove the sticks from them and cut them into pieces.
For 1st marination: Take A big Bowl, put Fry Soya Pieces, Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Lemon Juice in it & mix it well and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. then add Hung curd, cashew Paste, Cardamom Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Cornflour, and All-Purpose Flour/Maida mix it well & keep it aside. then Capsicum, Tomatoes, and Onion marinate them. After marinating for 15-20 minutes. For Tandoori Flavor, put the coal & keep it in the bowl & put Ghee in & then cover it for smoky flavor then remove the coal from the bowl.
Put marinated Vegies & Fry Soya in the stick & give it direct flame & put it in the plate Add some Chaat Masala. Take some other fried Momos & shallow fry them. Serve it with long chopped Onions, Green chutney
