I like old monk... but would rate Bacardi Black higher than old monk. It is good straight and also makes great cocktails like Dark & Stormy etc😊

Pehli baat toh taste develop karni padti hai... Shuruvat mein sabhi alcohol kadvi hi lagti hai. Jitna neat peene ki aadat lagegi utne hi acche se taste jaan paoge. Aur jab bhi neat sip lete ho bhot choti sip lo... 2 ya 4 boond jitni aur tongue pe spread karo. Thodi bhot taste aana chalu ho jaegi

Bhai saahab neat taste karo with simple light sips. Avoid gulping. Sabhi notes milenge if you drink neat.

@@mikey3668v A 6 month old comment but still..... In countries like UAE, you can get alcohol. Those who do not want to consume can happily stay away from it. In India it is illegal to play ads for alcohol. That's why brands try to get around the rule by advertising their club sodas. I agree with all the adverse effects of alcohol and am myself a non-alcoholic. But with reasonable restrictions I believe alcohol may be made legal. I'm pretty sure in Bangladesh, the sale of spurious liquor is blooming and the underworld makes a b_ttload of money selling alcohol... Is alcohol a social evil? Yes. But be wise about consuming it, then maybe it's not so bad. I don't think it is as bad as crack or acid. I'm pretty sure nicotine sits perfectly fine with your religious scripture. Whether for religious or health reasons, if you prefer to abstain from alcohol, that's fine and I appreciate you for that. But then, you'll have to explain what you're doing in a Rum-review video......

Bro the best way to have black rum is with Soda... it becomes way way smooth.. a different rum than with coke , water or neat... have it with bacardi soda and see the magic..

nothing against the review, but I consider Bacardi rum much much smoother than Old monk. By smooth i mean easy to drink just like a juice. Once me and my friend tried this and we had it more than capacity as it is so smooth you wont even know when you exceed your limits.

I don't understand why people hype so much about Old Monk rum but I don't find it better than Captain Morgan, Hercules, Contessa or Bacardi Black, or not even near as tasty and fragrant. It's not a bad rum but not as good as it is claimed to be by drinkers. Note: I've been a rum drinker since the last 24 years.

You will have to consult a doctor. There is no 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' rum or whisky. If alcohol is not allowed for a heat patient then he cannot take any alcohol. If alcohol is not prohibited then he can take any rum, whisky, or whatever.

Bacardi black is best. Old monk is like a 5th grader in front of this .. in terms of alcohol .. this rum would give u strong kick ...n would be boozed for few hours.. while by old monk u get boozed up only for like 20-35mins.
