Part of their training also consists of singing while running in place and dancing. Watch the Last Evaluation - when they are practicing for "Scars to Beautiful" there is a scene where Chiquita is practicing her part while running in place doing circles. this is part of their vocal training on voice and breathing control while singing. Ahyeon could probably sing "Dangerously" while doing her 7 minute ab workout and have it sound the same. Sooooooo F-ing talented and hard working great kids. They are worthy of all the love we can give them.
