For changing the reclining positions use the handle below the bassinet which is with a peek a boo window. Just pull it once and you will be able to move it like in 3 positions.. Using it for my son since 3 months old nd now he is 6 months nd he loves it... Best for parents.. I highly recommend... For more clarification on the reclining position check 06:47 to 06:52 in video...there is a handle which that person in video pulls to convert the sleeper to rocker...plus you can see that handle in video when they r explaining how to adjust the toy bar at 06:58. And It Has three reclining positions.. All r good

We ordered this product , it arrived and we are able to assemble it as demonstrated in video. Only challenge is reclining positions are not working and not much details offered in manual or video. Can you provide details on reclining ability to convert it from sleeper to rocker ?? We need to decide if we have revived the fault product or need more explicit instruction on recline. Hi... Actually there is no fault in the product...! It just that they did not show how to change the reclining position... There is a handle underneath.. u need to pull it.. then reclining position will change..

Do not buy this... Reclining position is not working.. Even after following up several times.. They will not show up... Worst service... I uninstalled firstcry app after this purchase ...
