One of our grandsons, was taken to the pool, as soon as he had all his inoculations. He swam under water at 8mths old, he is coming up to 16yrs and is still a water lover, his Knick name was the Dolphin boy, as he could never just walk past a river, he had to get in the water.

what do you mean? As long as you are not doing backflips you will most likely not get water in your nose.

Yes try this. This is a good way to prevent accidental drowning. If child can float in water, they are less likely to drown in the case of an accident.
