The Lenoarmi method enables a set of water activities with babies before they can start with formal swimming lessons, between 0 months and 3 years old. In this activities it is crucial the role of the parents in the water environment, as lead by a professional they will participate in the baby's water adventure, building knowledge and reinforcing their relationship.
