Arika, I know everyone will comment on how beautiful everything was at the shower. I agree, and will say that you did a wonderful job as always! But the thing that stands out to me the most, it is the love in your family! Watching all the participation and especially the group photos, made my eyes well up because I thought of how blessed you are to have family that loves each other so much. You and Marion have nurtured them in the Lord and it is a beautiful thing.

Like many others said, back in my day (I am 72) It was just the women. I am so excited for you. I have 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild and every time I am blessed with another. It’s like having the first one all over again the excitement never goes away.❤❤ beautiful shower 🐣🍼love the family involvement❤

I love the guys are involved nowadays. When we had my daughters it was for the guys and doll’s everyone was invited and it was great. Back when I had my kids it was only one baby shower per woman ugh. I think that’s crazy it’s called a baby shower not a mom shower so we do things differently now. My daughter had her son over five years ago gonna have a little girl now and as far as I know there’s going to be another shower and guys included lol

I gave my cousin a Jack and Jill baby shower this past August. Even though men were invited only four showed up. I think showers still creep guys out. Lol. You are very talented at decor and baking.
