Party looks fab!! I've bought a couple of those happy birthday foil balloons from home bargains and found you need too cellotape the end of them when your blowing them up to stop them deflating

Same here. The larger ones appear oval at the end of each one so it's overinflated. Just let a little air out before tying neck and press it against a table, the floor, or your body so that the balloon is more round which looks more professional. Thanks for sharing.
