When Tyler's wife passed away after the birth of their daughter, The Milk Bank provided donor milk with the help of our Medical Relief Fund.
As a nonprofit tissue bank serving fragile babies - screening, pasteurization, and microbiological testing, are just some of what goes on behind the scenes in order to provide safe human milk to hospitals and outpatients like Tyler's daughter.
Financial donors help offset the cost of these important layers of safety & allow The Milk Bank to provide a Medical Relief Fund, free lactation counseling, and programming for bereaved Milk Donors.
