He is a stump tail and it's natural for him to have the round "bear" belly. He is larger than a pig tail or a long tail macaque. He has a sedentary life, rarely being allowed to move freely. The amount of formula he receives is the only source of hydration he receives aside from her leftover Milk Plus which is laden with sugar, which will cause him to be thirsty. I've never seen him be given any vegetables or nuts. It's quite possible that he's very thirsty by the time she is through playing her control games and he's given the ounce of fluid.

Fun fact; Miker’s short tail is a product of evolution. Stump tailed macaques aren’t nearly as arboreal as some other species of macaque, spending more time on the ground than they do in trees. Hence they have less need for a tail. Hope this helps :)

The stump tailed macaques have a much different body type than the long and pig tailed macaques, their bodies are much heavier and the round "bear belly" is typical. They are not as agile and don't swim or climb trees with the ease of the other types. His body type, combined with the fact that he is given foods that are high in sugar content and not allowed to move around freely would explain why some people think he's "well fed" when he isn't. He may also be thirsty as he is a living creature that needs hydration.

It makes me so sad to see how mentally damaged that poor monkey is from her all from her. I mean, he’s just completely neurotic. He doesn’t even know what to do. She’ll tell him to sit in one spot and he’ll go there and then she’ll tell him to sit in another spot and then another spot and another spot. That’s the fact that she’s giving him like barely 2 ounces of milk in his bottles and to be honest, I rarely see her feeding him actual food and he looks healthy, which shocks me because he’s not getting enough milk to get fat off of and like I said I don’t see him eating that often either usually if she if he’s eating something, she eats half of it so this is really a sad sad case and I really wish that us viewers could find a way to get her shut down forever.
