I think im going to buy this. I really want the city select but we dont need to fork out the extra cash to convert to double stroller.

1. Is it suitable for newborns or 3 month child?? 2. Does it have height adjustable handle bar? 3. Is seat reclinable? So we dont need a separate bassinet. Thanks

Good questions! 1. It's suitable for use once your child can sit up unassisted in the seat (which may be more like 6 months). If you'd like to use it sooner, you'll need to purchase adaptors and an infant car seat to pop on for baby to stroll comfortably. Let us know if you need some help finding some good options! 2. It DOES have an adjustable handlebar, but not one that gets taller or shorter necessarily (like the Baby Jogger City Select). You can see how this handlebar adjust at 2:34 3. The seat is reclinable, yes (see 1:55). However, it does not have a completely flat recline, and baby is facing the world, not you, so this stroller isn't ideal for newborns without a separate infant car seat attached. Hope that helps!
