Baby’s fallen off hard because people know how to avoid his lvl 1 now. Without access to great ape, he gets beat pretty badly

And I think most players just don't bother saving civs now when Baby is raider, because he gets some energy if an infected civ grabs them, the longer you can keep Baby at level 1 the better your odds of beating him. However, Baby is capable of prepping for the STM too, I had a Baby who placed infected Civs around the STM before it dropped, also the STM forces Baby to evolve to level 2, I key rushed him that same match, got all Keys placed before he could got to level 2, he was nowhere near evolving and he evolved right away when STM came out. Level 1 Baby is by far his most dangerous form in the right hands.

@@Skye-Central isn’t that the case with every raider? Every raider can be dangerous with the right hands and right skills,

I noticed the opinion of each new raider is ALWAYS the same. Everyone complains about them being too OP for the first few days, until the community figures out how to counter them.

​@@Wakame75 probably since they can't mash the vanish button like they were able to do lol still, roll dodges need to return (as there was no point to gutting them) & currently I think vanishes at least should have a cooldown of about 1.5 or 2 seconds instead of 4 as even I feel like that's a bit too much

I was the second baby (highest level out of the 3) in this video. Dude he gets cooked very hard when against competent survivors. Shield barrier only protects from chip damage from ki blasts and doesn’t damage survivors when touched, not to mention the 90 second cooldown. I was essentially missing an active skill since call servants doesn’t work if nobody gets killed. Finish breaker is a really eh super attack since you can’t move while doing it, so people can easily get behind you and melee you.

@@BaRGN-MaRT I think next patch they might revert or tweak the vanish changes. They were prob harsh this patch cuz they wanted to test the extreme to see how good or bad it is and then change it depending on feedback.

Yeah agree. Baby isn’t that good against competent survivors. I did pretty well though because I had low health you guys finished me off at the end.

It's still hard to say rn as I think we're still at a point of both figuring out how to play as & against Baby as we did with every other raider There are also other variables to take into account such as the changes to dragon balls, raiders improved movement options, & in Babys case servants (i.e. how many & what super attacks do they have) & his spawn locations compared to other raiders If ya ask me currently, Baby isn't "oHpEe" yet I don't think he's weak overall neither Great Ape Baby *with servants* however I think is the best raider in the game lol

Yeah baby just sucks now. It's just too easy to counter his level 1 by literally using flying nimbus and Jacos space ship. I already have a build just for his level 1 so I don't get caught. Not to mention the many people using trained by an angel, with that passive it's just makes it too easy to take baby on no problem 🤣
