I agree that you just need to put the food in his mouth the spoon it's probably too deep of a spoon it's even though this was a year ago you need to use more of a shallow spoon so you can get the food in his mouth and don't let him grab the spoon every time I mean that's what I did I had twins this was a year ago so it was kind of pointless I guess.

Try using a baby spoon. The food will transfer over to his mouth faster. Adorable, hungry baby!

Why are you not feeding him? Why just hand him the spoon? You also have to teach table manners from the beginning.

Baby should not be allowed to suck the food off the spoon! Put food in mouth and remove spoon.
