1 Banana
Breastmilk/ formula
How to :
Peel the banana
Slice the banana
Transfer them to a bowl
Mash the banana with a fork

Recipe 2 |Banana Pancakes
Ingredients :
2 Banana
1 Egg
60 gram of plain flour
150 ml of milk
How to :
Crag the egg
Separate egg yolk and egg white
Blend Banana, egg, flour, sugar and milk.
Be careful the yolk must be separated from the white
Whisk the egg white
Whisk until mixture hold shape
If any the egg yolk mixes with egg white it won't work
Combine the bananas, flour, milk, egg yolks, and milk
Blend them well
This pancake recipe is safe for baby (without baking powder and baking soda)
Add the whipped egg whites to the batter
This step makes a soft and fluffy pancake
Pancakes are a great finger food for babies and toddlers
Use a ripe banana for a natural sweetener

2 dates

Place the water in a saucepan
Turn on the heat
Add the dates
Dates are an excellent source of fiber & iron for growing baby
Add the oats
Stir it continuously while cooking
Cook until it becomes thick and creamy
Peel the banana then mash it
You can use milk instead of water to cook oats
