I always loved it that his good deeds stacked up, and each of the people he's tried to help or apologize or warn along the way spoke up for him. It just goes to show how small good deeds can go a long way. You go Baby/Miles. :')

It is such a shame that he didn't get to walk away from this life. He had enough but that douche threatened her life so he would do that last job, with that evil nutcase.

25 years with parole after 5 is kind of a brutal sentence for a guy who's family's lives were being threatened if he left.

So in reality he would get 5 years, and _maybe even less for good behaviour._ The fact that they are letting him wash police cars and work in the kitchen shows he's trusted by the prison Authorities.

He actually got realeased on parole after five years as I read the plot. You can see him leaving the prison gates and reuniting with Debra. Such a happy ending for him.

@@brukehintsa2207 Yeah but 5 years though that's kinda excessive don't you think? Not that I don't love the ending I completely love it and I think it's pretty realistic I'm just sad that it's realistic because he should not be doing 5 years.

@@keith3915 I know. But still happy that he kept contact with Debrab by writing letters to each other.
She waited for him - proving she loved him. They will now figure out how to make a living legally, marry, and probably have a family. They're still in their 20's so there is a whole lot of time left for them to enjoy one another and life!

@@cubalibre-5238 Probably not, but you could have a situation where Baby races on a track as a hobby, and some guy or girl knows a guy or girl who's a part of a pro team and the friend is like "I saw this one guy on the track today, and they're SUPER super good! Check em out!!"
There is no pain, that ❤ cannot heal. Baby & Deborah are made for each other.

One thing I realized is: during his first black & white “dream” with Deborah. Baby doesn’t have any scars on his face. During the ending, Baby does have scars on his face.
