dont b afraid, second baby is easier to have if you have it normal :). Epidural are life savers! As a new mom or parents your life changes, now will b responsible for a precious human. My 2 bbys r my top priority 24/7.

So when I was little my mom used to put me in the kitchen sink, and most the time she would put soap in my eyes, and would cry a lot so she would tell be to close my eyes, even though she was holding them open.

Im hispanic and my parents used a baby bassinet and luke warm water, like mos people do.. this was the 80s in Costa Rica.. not all hispanic have the same lifestyle, i have never heard of hispanics using kitchen sinks so please do not create stereotypes

Am I the only person who finds this video highly disturbing? I know you don't see the baby's private parts but still it's a huge invasion in someone's privacy! Like imagine your boss seeing your bathtub baby photos 🤦‍♀️

My mum used to towel my head all crazy like to dry my hair and she would give me a hug and a kiss once I was dry. Filled me with such a sense of happiness and love that I still do it to this day.

It helps keep their scalp clean and prevents inflammation or flakiness bc of too much oil. Most baby body wash doubles as a gentle shampoo, because newborns are generally pretty oily (in my experience). And my son needed shampoo from birth to help control his eczema or the oils irritate his head. You typically bathe a baby every 2-3 days, so you're also not shampooing them every day.
