I liked this take, you addressed the issue with some sensitivity. He is still young and cannot be compared to SRK let alone his late father Irrfan sir. As for Jhanvi not talking about her late mother, different people respond different to grief and loss. Her experimenting with diverse role doesn't necessarily gurantee her success as an actor as most of those experimental roles have not been that phenomenal. Compared to that Babil, be it in Qala or Railway man has showed potential. Hope he makes better choices both with his upcoming projects and his image in the public.

However, speaking about the wording of your particular comment, when we say sanskari in the Indian context, somewhere unconsciously, adherence to traditional patriarchal thinking comes in .... For example, for a girl, if she wears shorts at a beach, completely appropriate for the place and the water activities. But then she's not 'sanksari' enough because she's showing her legs. Isiliye shayad we've to consider the word 'sanskari' with a pinch of salt. It could be just orthodox, impractical thinking veiled under tradition.

In the first shot, even before you placed Babil's pic on face, you looked like him and even after that. Aapke facial features hain unke jaise.

You'll get a male version of Millie bobbie brown in him for spreading this unnecessary hatred. I know people who are genuinely like that. Go outside . Talk to people. You'll find people like them. Especially at his age. The people I know who are cheerful like him are all middle class people working day and night without any PR teams. I was like that at his age as well. I remember being myself and this one girl hating me for unnecessary reasons. I thought I had done something wrong and tried to speak to her about it. Later found out, she thought my kindness was fake and I stopped talking to her. Hateful people sees hatred in everything. Irfan khan wouldn't have expected the people whom he spent his whole life entertaining would be the same to bully his son for being himself. Of course he earned because of his entertaining but so did a hundred other actors who didn't work as hard as him. Irfan gave it all. And this is what he got. This is just plain bullying and you are the bully, wearing a mask of being a good person while hating on someone for being themselves under the assumption of 'he's a celeb kid so he must be rich enough to hire a pr team".
