It's not that she's teaching him a Boston accent, it's that the Bostonians speak like toddlers.

The Boston accent is pretty much exactly how us Aussie’s pronounce things with R.
Good nephew Great auntie
Jeez that accent is doing all the heavy lifting on this channel
As an Aussie I’d like to inform you the baby is correct
Every toddler in existence has a Boston accent when they first start speaking
Grounds for instant divorce lmao That kid is gonna move mountains with that brogue!! Love this stuff and the humour you both have.

Say, "Park the car in the Harvard yard."
Khakis are casual pants, except in Boston, where they are the things you need to start your car with.

Not really, since khakis is pronounced with a short "a" sound as in cat and not an "ah" sound.
Spread that Boston accent like a virus. Everybody needs to call it a cahhh😂
Teaching him right baby

Being non-rhotic is not a speech impediment. It is an accent. New Englanders do pronounce the "r" in many words and also add an intrusive "r" to many words. Ex. saw it = saw rit, and idea= idear.
That kind sounds wicked good man!
That's how New Zealanders say car.

Nope. Non-rhotic dialects came later actually, just ask a linguist. English was originally spoken as it still is in most of the US. You guys started that crap _after_ we kicked you out, probably from being butthurt about it, after which the trend caught on in port cities 😂
Cool little man
I am from Massachusetts, however, Western Massachusetts. No accents heeeah....whoops, there's that sneaky Vermontah accent from my ancestors.😊
Got the southie hoody from your girlfriend for Christmas I'm guessing
That baby ain't even coming out of Boston with a Boston accent
Yup that a true Bahstonian
Perfect 👍
Lmfao I can’t

Adding the r isn't always necessary. We know its spelt that way but its extra work to say it
Epic
lol
What makes you say that spoken with no accent
😂
Babies can't really pronounce R anyway. Now non-rhotic dialects make more sense
😂😂😂
Children need to learn the alphabet, and that includes the R, and the pronunciation of that letter. Just because she can't say her R's, doesn't mean she has to pass it on to another infant.
@braemtes23

They do use "r" (as in radio), just not at the end of a syllable or word, except of course when they add the intrusive "r" as in idear and saw rit. So they do use "r" but in a different manner because of their not so unique accent since the English, Australians and New Zealanders do the same. If you are going to criticize someone, at least inform yourself with the facts.
😂😂😂😂😂
Hahahaha
