High School senior, poll worker & BABE VOTE volunteer, Ethan Hobson testified against a bill that would ban the use of student IDs & other currently permitted forms of identification for voting in Idaho. County Clerks, other poll workers, election judges & other students all testified in opposition to the bill. Despite hearing no public testimony in favor of the restrictive bill, the House State Affairs Committee voted to advance the bill. All Republican committee members voted for the bill & both Democratic members voted against the bill.
