Babe opened up his heart to Charlie and he has commitment/abandonment issues, but he allowed himself to trust Charlie, to be intimate with him 1:52 and do things he just didn’t do with other alphas, breaking his own no-kissing rule 1:55 finally going for what he was craving for 2:17 2:58 because Charlie has become more than a $ex buddy 0:23 and that’s something Way is seeing, so he played his cards well, taking advantage of the fact that he has been with Babe for 10 years, so he knows what to say to make Babe vulnerable, to make Babe overthink, because he threw at him his own words and he knew Babe was already jealous of Charlie and Jeff 0:35 0:41 so he showed him the proofs to make Charlie look bad until Babe couldn’t take it anymore and just followed the boy 1:28 and he wasn’t only mad but also hurt 1:32 because he believed Charlie was different, he wanted to believe he has finally found someone with whom he could be Babe and not the fake Pit Babe everyone knows and “loves” but when it wasn’t like what he thought, he just tried to hurt Charlie 2:09 because he was the most hurt, not letting the boy explain himself and chasing him away 2:27 2:37 and while I know this is Way’s fault as he used Babe’s words 3:14 against him 2:46 Charlie has to come clean. @@Tempest7575I believe Charlie is also a foster kid and one of the alphas with superpowers, Jeff and Way are probably part of those kids (probably others from both racing teams as well). Tony never stopped and continued collecting special kids. There’s an age gap between Babe and Charlie (probably 6-7 years), so I don’t know at what point Charlie was around when Babe was still a kid. There’s a big project with alphas and their superpowers and Babe must be the center of it all, as he’s the most skilled and the one that received special training, which could explain why Charlie is probably going against Tony and his plans and protecting Babe. I wish people don’t give me spoilers as I was pleasantly surprised with this new episode and Babe’s backstory. And many are around this app wanting to spoil that plot twist that can get us excited. I’m loving this whole plot.

@@IWriteWholeAssParagraphs I agree it's been a great plot so far. I've got the books saved but waiting until the show is over to read it and see how they applied the books to the show plot. I do wish Babe would just confront Charlie instead of just assuming the worst.

I hope anything Charlie is doing is for the good of Babe coz Babe is dangerously in love with Charlie 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭😭

Charlie is one brave boy, never in a million year would I look at babe and think "yup, that's a bottom that I can take on" 🤣😂

Even in the novel, Babe felt betrayed because he felt like Charlie had no right to make decisions for him like he was a child

Now that babe is seeing someone he is acting all jealous hurting babe's feelings just BEFORE THE RACE. Even constantly telling babe that one ever loves him. Like wow what a very good friend, constantly reminding your friend his insecurities just so you could do something about your jealousy. Way is definitely a coward bestfriend who's been there all along and did exactly nothing. He deserves all the hate he got in this drama so much like no I'll never be on his side whatever happens.
