How do you determine if a move is strong or not positionally? To me the white lines seem a bit arbitrary.

Thanks for you comment. Every move on the board has a correcting and tactical response, the moment you fail to response to your opponents moves accurately, you may loose positional and tactical advantage. So by Strong Move, we mean responding accurately to your opponents moves.

The line diagrams do not follow a regular pattern, such that can be understood in terms of the number and positions of rows or columns (or pieces) that must constitute each path. This makes the idea of using such lines as you propose in constructing or calculating one's moves. Kindly share, in clear terms, lessons on how to plot the involved lines. You would find an example of what I mean in the regularity that the method of using squares has. There, each square can be constructed by identifying the 3 pieces that constitute each side of the square -- that is, all 9 squares forming the 4 boarders are vividly identifiable. Thank you.
