    +Joy Jaiswal whether some of Exercises are helpful in decreses in pain of Knee pain & how many times per day as I have some pain in my Left knee during walking & I wanted to gat full relief from pain & IF FIEXIBILITY Help in reducing pain?

    Baba hme na 3 sal se hat par ka joint ka dard h hm chalne nhi sakte h dard bahut rahta ap koi elaj ya video bhejiye baba
