Sedap! 米粉面份量很多, 海魚🐟肥美又飽滿份量也不少！ 加上特制的Belacam 辣椒醬，看了都流口水了！好好吃哦！😋🤤

Most Hawker foods eg shown above is Hokkien Char don't give the customers many ingredients, eg meat, seafood. It consists of mainly of noodles(Mee and Beehoon) contribute 80%-85% of the total amount. I don't classify this kind of foods as nutritious, I would consider them as Snacks. I am not putting down/criticising Hawker foods as such they are cooked to a price point because they are running a business. However, when I do cook Hawker foods at home on many occasions as the main meal ie dinner, all the foods I cook I include a LOT more ingredients like meat, seafood and veggies(35-45%) plus noodles(65-55%) that give the foods more balance and hence nutritious. My Hawker food like my mum used to say contains a lot of "Liao" ie ingredients which make the food tastes even better and also more nutritious.

@@user-zv4xp7sw1uAgreed. If you cannot eat nutritious foods every day there are alternatives such eat more vegetarian foods which cost less and add meat when you can afford them. Also, cook yourself always cost less. translate below. 同意 如果您每天都不能吃营养食品，则可以选择其他方法，例如多吃素食，而价格更便宜，并在负担得起时增加肉食。而且，自己做饭总是会减少花费。

@@user-zv4xp7sw1u The worse kind of food consumption is "Luan Choo Chiak" or " Thuam Chiak" loosely translated as Eat whatever comes your way or Greedy.

Thank you for showing street food . The vendors must know what people of the majority like . Some people I observed they are financially not so strong especially the whole family must enjoy . I also observed some people they are should I use a severe word they got some money and they want to eat or be served in a very special manner . I know these are the greedy people . I once had a lady friend , whenever went out to treat her she will ask for all extra , chilli , soy sauce , vinegar and so on . But coming to ask her to do some work she was the most lazy girl . Talk very smart but good for nothing and always boast coming from an island city . Some people only think for themselves . I certain city or town the local prefer their favourite hawkers food . These hawkers sell to their local customers . Big city they don’t stick to their regular hawker . They like to move around and changing tastes . We can’t force people to enjoy our dreams . Whenever we eat anywhere we blessed , not because we are spending our own money we have the right to choose . I saw many people in the end they suffer because of pride . Thanks for sharing .
