Ingredients
Method - 1
Milk -2 cups
Sugar -4 tbsp
Salt- one pinch
Corn Flour -1tbsp
Milk -1/4 cup extra
Essence -1tsp
Method -2
Milk -2 cup
Condensed Milk -4-5 tbsp
Essence -1tsp
Salt-1pinch
Method
Take a saucepan add 2 cups of milk . on medium heat let it boil and become thicker. In another glass add 1 tbsp of cornflour mixed with milk and keep it aside. The mik should be reduced to1 ¾ glass.stir continuously. Add 4 tbsp of sugar . stir well. Add a pinch of salt. Check the sweetness. Now add the cornflour mix. Cook well. You can add any essence. Let the cornflour cook well. If it is coated well on the back of the spoon then the consistency is right. Allow it to cool down. Sieve it. Pour it into the mould and keep it in the freezer. Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
Method 2 : Boil 2 cups of milk. Add 4 tbsp of condensed milk.check the sweetness. add a pinch of salt. Add the essence. If you want you can add the cornflour mix. Allow it to cool. Pour it into the mould. Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
Just dip it in warm water and then you can remove the popsicle from the mould.

ആ പഴയ സൈക്കിളിൽ വരുന്ന പാൽ ഐസും പിന്നെ സേമിയ ഐസും ഒരു ടേസ്റ്റ് വേറെ ആണ് ന്യൂ ജനറേഷന് ഒരിക്കലും ഇനി ആ ടേസ്റ്റ് അനുഭവിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല
