On lo lo I got migraines every single week. But the gyn said they have adjusted the indication for this birth control to say that it doesn’t increase the risk of stroke.

@@BeesBubble very similar to what you had going on! First several months weren’t bad, my period was still irregular but it was light & wasn’t giving me trouble. As time has went on (I’ve been on it 6 or so months now) I’ve still had very irregular periods that have started to become longer like several weeks or heavier. I’m having headaches, breast swelling and tenderness, acne on both my face and back, and mood swings. I’ve been super up & down emotionally!

I take this birth control my insurance covers it and my insurance isn't even top notch. I pay $30 for a 6 month supply. Maybe it's because I'm getting it prescribed through my Gyno which is covered by insurance? Very weird.

That’s awesome! I got mine through my gyno too hmm I wonder if it varies state to state. Two separate friends also took this pill and it wasn’t covered by their insurance and we all have different insurance. 🤷‍♀️ weird

My insurance covers it 100%. I’m thinking about trying it.

You’re so lucky! I didn’t prefer having to pay, but paying $30 with the code was better than $200 without it. I recently stopped taking it because it gave me horrible migraines.

Let me know how it goes! My sister took it for a few years and it was great for her until the end it wasn’t. For me it just wasn’t great at all.
