Ingredients:
1 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic (Green Garlic)
2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion Whites
1 Chopped Onion
1 tsp Red Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 Cup Green Garlic
1 Cup Spring Onion Greens
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander
Salt to Taste
To Make Dough:
2 Cup Bajra Flour
Warm Water
Ghee to Roast Rotla
