Warm milk with Turmeric Powder,Pinch of Cardamom & Black Pepper Powder,1-2 Teaspoons of Ghee(Quantity varies as per Your needs,palatability,Body Fat & Other Factors) & Some Raw Sugar(Desi Khaand,Boora or Best one is Gur ki Shakkar)+10 to 16 Water Soaked Black Grapes Raisins(Munakka😜 English me Faaltu me Kitna Lamba Naam hai🤣😝)without Seeds.......This is Called Gold Milk & has Countless Benefits which can make One Very Much Stronger both Physically & Mentally,Internally as well as Externally. 🥰 Try it at Night before Sleep,Avoid All Heavy Eatables at Night & Always Stay Away from Any Kind of Health Problems. ❤️🥰🙏🌹 Just Remember,Always Add,Ghee & Desi Sugar after taking it off to the stove & Do it All on Low Flame until Munakka will come over the Surface,Stirr the Milk Occasionally to make it thicker. 🥰🙏

Recipe : Green chilli - 1/4 cup / 1 whole chillie ( if you want to make it spicy) Capsicum - 1/4 cup Carrot - 1/4 cup Onion - 1/4 cup Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon (Will not make it spicy but add the taste of it) oregano - 1tsp (makes the taste wonderful) Mayonnaise - 3 tsp (add more sauces if you like) {MIX IT} {ADD IT IN BREAD} TAKE THE 2ND BREAD AND OUT TOMATO SAUCE ON IT AND PUT CUCUMBER AND TOMATO [PUT CHEESE UF YOU LIKE IR EAT IT] GRILL IR TOAST IT (DONT TOAST IT AT HIGH FLAME) Sandwich is ready to serve

I tried this recipe in much healthier way, like in place of mayonnaise I put curd, in place of tomato sauce I put homemade green chutney and in place of butter i put olive oil..Still it was super yummy😋😋 and I also chose brown bread in place of white bread.
