I have experienced one problem and that is jalebi which I tried was not puffy. It was flat rather. What might have happened? Please guide. Thankyou so much once again!

Ma'am sheera zyada thick banta hai iska ya gulab jamun jaisa bcz aaj maine apki recipe se banai bahot tasty bani lkn last ki soft thi zyada crispy nahi bani .. starting ki zyada he crispy thi and sheera bahot thick and sticky tha Jalebi ki plate me se mtlb nikal nahi raha tha itna thick ...aisa q

Tried this recipe and came out super crispy.. but my jalebis remain crisp only for few mins.. only for instant eating... They go soggy in 10mins post frying .. why so ? How can we store them crispy way
