That is what we need, passion and heart, Gov. Green is not for the people of Hawaii and it is clear as day in every interview! The community has been left in the dark, literally. I do think the founding fathers acted in good faith and viewed government as a public service. Jefferson, Madison, Washington, Adams, etc. I think Coolidge served the people in the 1920s, I think Reagan served the people in the 1980s, and I think Trump served the people in the late 2010s.

They are the government. They are the ones who create and print money. They serve only themselves.

There is a reason for the Sunshine Law which requires open, public meetings BY LAW - so the people can see and hear what's being done out in the open - not behind closed doors without their input. Public officials take an oath to "serve, protect and defend." They need to be reminded of that oath each and every single day they are in office working "FOR US!"

The entire government needs audited and whoever fails needs to be replaced with someone who understands they are public servants and know the constitution and the bill of rights inside out.

Politicians don't see people, they see opportunities to make money, and the only way to stop these establishment money grabbers is to set term limits that force them out of politics. From the highest to the lowest they should not be able to use influence to enrich themselves, pay them well by all means but closely monitor them to make sure they're not going to be walking away multi millionaires, rather than doing everything they can to help the people they're supposed to be serving.....then maybe real changes might start happening.

Most politicians at every level forget that they serve the people.
