亡き父は船が好きで、絵を描くためによく漁港を訪れた。 父の横で、小学生だった私もイカ釣り船を描いていると、地元の子どもたちが冷やかしに見に来る。 描くのに飽きると、友だちになった子達と日が暮れるまで防波堤で遊んだ。 どこの港だったのか・・・時々思い出しては、また忘れ。 あっ！ ここ！ 橋立！ 45年前の夏…思い出しました。 素敵な動画、感謝いたします。

I am a Japanese man at the age of 64. I have been living in Japan for my entire life except for just a few years when I lived in the States. Still, Anna-san, often, your video like this one makes me cry, literally. Why? I do not know. Many of the sceneries I am not unfamiliar with. Perhaps I cry for the luck with which I was born in such a beautiful country. Perhaps I cry for the fact that not in a distant future, I will have to leave this country, and this life altogether, leaving its beautiful sceneries and its people behind. Perhaps I cry for the gratitude toward my ancestors who sacrificed their lives to protect this beautiful country. Perhaps I cry simply because of the beauty of these sceneries you captured in your videos. Thank you, Anna-san, for your great work.

The moments on the winter-dried grassy clifftop trail across that simple plank bridge were a gentle simple smile for me this morning.

数年前、よくこの村で改修工事を請けさせていただいていました。景観条例により外壁にトタンが使用できず板張りをしなければいけないので大変手を焼かされましたが相変わらず変わらない素晴らしい街並みですね。この動画にたどり着けて良かった、感謝します

豊かな時代の面影と日本海側らしい風雪を通り抜けて来た寂びを感じる風景。

Anna seems always to bring to us the soul of the places she visits. Here, we have the solid buildings of a once-prosperous seaport, but that seems now bereft of life. She takes us to the barren Kasanomisaki Point, beautiful but lonely. The lighthouse overlooks a sandy beach below, do people come here in summer? Then she seems mysteriously to float across the water to the fishing village, to where a jumble of fishing boats awaits their invisible crews. Thank you as ever, Anna, for this fascinating visit!

Thank you so much. You have no ideas, your videos are healing me a lot. 22 year olds, living alone, don't have a job, can't even afford to buy food. I'm really depressed with this life. My father is suffering from stomach cancer, the doctor said he has only 1-2 months to live. I can't even visit him. There are so much going on with me this time. I cry almost every day. But your videos give me hope for a better tomorrow.

10:10 私の好きな画家アンドリュー・ワイエスの絵画を思わせるような枯れ草の草原や灯台が美しくて息を飲みました。This reminds me of my favorite artist Andrew Wyeth's paintings. I like withered grass. It's really beautiful.

かつては日本一の富豪村の中のひとつと言われたそうで、かつて大火に見舞われたにもかかわらず迅速な復興をとげ以前にもまして立派な造りの建物にしたとか。前にアップされた佐渡の宿根木に比べ、建物との間隔や道幅を広めにとっているのは大火の教訓からなんでしょうか。また建物内部も贅沢な造りで広々とし庭園まであるあたりは当時の裕福さが伺い知れます。 当日は海も荒れてたようで海岸には近づけなかったようですね^^;　穏やかな日だったらどれだけ岬付近の夕焼けが美しい事だったかそこがちょっとAnnaさん達も心残りだったのではないでしょうか。 今回も貴重な映像をありがとうございました^^

Очень красиво, а что самое главное - чисто и аккуратно. Видно что люди живут, что не декорации, где-то что-то подгнило, что-то покосилось и при этом все очень ухожено...

Wow. It seems there aren’t really any people in most of the places you do these kinds of videos. And I love it, makes you really “feel” the place. It gives of a sort of an unexplainable vibe that really feels calming.

こんにちは。OPと最後の方に出てきた岬と漁港の描写がとても好きでした。枯れた胡桃色というのかその生い茂った雑草の向こうに灯台が見えてくる絵は心震える描写でした。浜辺の砂も赤茶けていて、空はセルリアンブルーで、なんとも叙情を搔き立てる色味ですよね。漁港も漁船もすごく好きな対象ですが、とても美しくてやるせない叙情にあふれていました。ローアングルでの描写もとても良かったです。実は細い階段を上るあたりから、なんか来そうだなという予感がありました。赤茶けた瓦の色も杉板の鈍色も陰鬱ですが、私はとても好きな色味でした。あまりにコメントが多いので、いつもコメントを書くべきか悩みますが、いつも見ています。

いつも素敵な風景とそれに合う音楽をありがとうございます。 今回も古い建物や風景を見ながら散策させて頂きました。 石川県の風景なんですね。 映像を見ていると、日本海側のもっと関西寄りの風景でも同じような雰囲気の地域があったのを思い出し、地方で日本海側なら似たような所もあるものだと感じさせられました。 コロナが終息したら又そのうち行きたいですね😊

Love it. Especially the walk along the sea cliff trail up to the lighthouse. Spectacular view from that old trail. That water line on the rock face of that cliff is pretty high. The storm surge their must be pretty impressive and frightening at the same time. Great job as always.

Another superb video. What a journey. Started from older area of the village. Where lots of plants overgrowth now, looking desolated and yarning to tell a story of once a lively place. Around 4 mins you began to see the transition to modern era with lots power lines intertwining with roofs and tv antenna. Cars and concrete paved paths. You still see the plants and tree but less at these area. Then a walk to the light house with a path looking over to see the waves crashing down that shoreline for hundreds of years. Ended with a glimpse of the fishing port still looking active. Then a view of the the old boats/ships graveyard to show the test of time. Also the music choices were moving and fitting as well. Thanks you for a video!
