I as upper caste support reservation but bro think about reservation in promotion, do you think it's right ? Reservation in promotion means that even after being empowered, they have less intelligence. I don't think it's right. If those people will give up reservation then those benefits will be given to remaining dalits who actually need it

SC,St , OBC की मेरिट विभिन्न एग्जाम में कम इस लिए जाती है क्योंकि इन वर्गों में अभी भी बहुत कम साक्षरता का प्रतिशत है।खासकर मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग में।और इन दोनो परीक्षाओ फीस इतनी ज्यादा है की गरीब घरों के बच्चे एडमिशन नहीं ले पाते हैं।दूसरी महत्व पूर्ण बात obc,sc,St, की मेरिट कम जाने से ,जनरल केटेगरी,की मेरिट ऊपर जाने का कोई तर्क नहीं है।जनरल केटेगरी की मेरिट इस लिए ऊपर जाती है क्योंकि इस केटेगरी में पढ़े लिखे लोग ज्यादा हैं इनके पास सारी सुविधाएं भी हैं।तो बेवजह समाज को गुमराह करने की जरूरत नहीं है।5000सालो से कुछ वर्ग विशेष के लोगो को पढ़ने का अधिकार रहा है।obc,sc,St के लोगों को भी मुख्य धारा में आने दीजिए।obc,sc,St को यदि इतना ही आरक्षण का लाभ मिला है तो भारत सरकार में,मुख्य सचिव,2,3 ही क्यों है भाई?????????

ये बात तो बिलकुल सही है,की देश मैं 99% जमींदार,जिनके पास संपत्ति है पुरखो की वो General caste से belong करते है । बाकी बचे लोगों को ऊपर उठाने के लिए सरकार ने EWS कोटा भी लागू करवा दिया ,पर अब भी General caste के बचे लोग जब OBc,Sc,ST को अपने साथ पढ़ते देखते है,खुद से आगे बढ़ते देखते है तो इन्हे अपने पूर्वजों की बात याद आती है की किस तरह इन्हे वो अपनी पैर की धूल समझते थे,और उनका शोषण करते थे,महिलाओं पर स्तन टैक्स,रेप, नरसंहार करते थे,और फिर भी इनको कोई कुछ नही कर पता था ,तो ये सब चीज अब तो मुमकिन नहीं है यही बात इन बच्चो को अखरती है, और जब भी एक गरीब OBC,sc,st को आगे बढ़ता देखते है तो इनकी गांड़ जलती है और रिजर्वेशन का दुहाई देकर छाती पीटने लगते है । #from_OBC_BC2_creamy_layer

मुझे बताओगे जनरल कैटेगरी वाले तुम्हारे बच्चे जो वीवीआईपी स्कूल जिंकी फीस 2 लाख सालाना होती है उनसे एससी वाला बच्चा कासे टक्कर लेगा और उनसे केसे टक्कर लेगा जो बदाम एसी क्लासमेट कॉपी...वगैरह सुख सुविधा ला भोग कर रहे हैं जिन्को सिर्फ पढ़ने की टेंशन है किसी से टकराएगा और क्या अपराधी 8 लाख से ऊपरी कामने से अस्पृश्यता खत्म होती है जाति है क्या दिमाग हममें भी होता है पर जो तुमको मौका मिलता है वो शायद एससी के बच्चों को कभी कास्ट को उठाने के लिए पहल कुए नहीं करते

This 4 minute debate on reservation is greater than any debate in past. Two points put forward by these students is really thoughtful 1. Government should coordinate preparation of backward students instead of reservation of seats. 2. There should be a creamy and a non creamy layer in sc and st caste as well.

Ek student hone ke naate Mai apni story share karta hu Jo Maine feel kiya, Mai aur mera dost Jo bachpan se hi ek hi school me padhe mtlb bahut hi close the Mai phir se kehna chahta hu ki hum dono same school me padhe, lekin Mera no. Usse hamesha achha tha aur hum dono ek dusre se hamesha competition rakhte the ki iss baar kaun jyada marks layega, phir issi tarah hum dono ki padhai poori ho gyi, phir up lekhpal ka form bhi sath me fill kiye , lekin Mera jyada no. Hokar bhi nhi hua uska mere se 9 no. Kam hokar bhi ho gya, uske baad mujhe thoda sa bura lga ki yaar ye student ke sath marks me nhi honi chahiye, government ko chahiye ki jiski sthiti thik nhi usko paise se help kare uska education level achha kare taki wo bhi achhe no. Gain kre. Baaki ye toh political matter hai mujhe isme padna nhi , kuch logo ko bura lag sakta hai uske liye sorry Bhai log , but ye Mera personal experience hai .

@@rdx706 Reservatioon is all about adding extra seats for the ceratin class of peoples,it doesnt mean the institutions are stealing seats from the general peoples. lets assume if the total number of seats are 100 then extra 10 seats are added and kept reserved for the sc/st and obc candidates. If a person belongs to sc/st also scores a general category marks then the reserved seat is not alloted to him/her. lets say pass marks for gen category is 180 and for st/sc is 150 then it doesnt mean seats from gen category will be alloted to tthe st/sc candidate who scores 150 , only the seats from the reserved category will be alloted to them. peoples have misconceptions that st/sc cadidates are stealing seats from gen category.

अगर सब हिंदू है तो हिंदुओं को आरक्षण मिलने से हिंदुओं को ही तकलीफ क्यों होती है।

bro , first of all , in present time its not always true that sc/st are poor and they don't have resources ......many of my friends are sc/st and they are so rich but despite of that they are taking benefit of this reservation system ......and on the other side worthy general candidates don't get selected in higher institutions............i am not denying that reservation is important but it should be given to those who deserve it not just everyone belonging to lower caste ...............and trust me it will be good for country as well because nowadays candidates that are not worthy are getting selected at higher positions coz of this system........and the sharp and bright minds are not selected

Reservation has not been given on economic basis in the constitution, reservation was given so that social discrimination could be eliminated and those who impart knowledge on reservation should also tell what is EWS 10 percent because reservation on economic basis is unconstitutional but it is being given and is being taken by general and the bigger thing is that the people who are taking the reservation raise questions on ST SC reservation. I am from OBC and many times I go more than general on OBC cut off but I support SC ST reservation because we can never remember the value of what those people supported. Even today they have to see casteism in IIt and other big sectors. Yes of course those who have IAS, IPS in ST SC, their children may not get it but that reservation is for the same community Let the rest of the people meet it and those who oppose it should put themselves in their place and see why they gave it away. #Satyamev jayte.❤

I used to have similar mentality as the girl but then i realised Reservation isnt all about for uplifment of people from backward category...see example of any nation where revolt took place...always some section of society felt discriminated for eg bangladesh...so if reservation is removed there will be soo many riots now and then that the rate at which india is developing couldhave been even less

Depressed SCs are not getting benefits of reservations 2. There is developing an general discrimination among people that SC people are incapable or less knowledged and that’s why SCs face discrimination in private sector even if they qualify through General quota. 3. It develops inferiority & Irresponsibility in SC students towards education

Dono ladkiya galat hai. Pahli ne to fir bhi ant me thikthak baat par pahuchi ki preparation par jor Dena chahiye, par education hi to preparation he. He is conducting the interview in a tier 1 city to an educated group of kids . He has no idea about the TG he is engaging with . The girl is absolutely right .. reservation should be made for economically weaker sections of the society who don't get access to primary and secondary education at school level. They could be from any caste ,creed or religion. The system itself is becoming the enabler for discrimination when you ask people to write their religion and caste on documents and certificates . Young gen should not be burdened with the sins of the past . They live in a different time and era . The solutions should also be such.

ऐसे कॉलेजों में भारतीय संविधान को भी एक्स्ट्रा सब्जेक्ट के रूप में पढ़ाया जाना चाहिए ताकि ऐसे स्टूडेंट्स को अपने एंबीशन के अलावा भारत की स्थिति भी समझ में आए। जाति की वजह से जो आरक्षण मिलता है वो सबों को दिखता है लेकिन उसी जाति की वजह से जो अपमान होता है वो किसी को नहीं दिखता। आरक्षण खत्म करने वाले पहले जाति खत्म करने की बात करें।

I think these girls need to know about how their ancestors restricted us from saving money, imposed mulakarma tax, casteism, discrimination, raped our sisters and mothers, restricted us from education and temples, we are the who fought for water can u imagine this thing, you have to apologise for your ancestors but the truth is that you don't even want to accept it. I clearly want to say one thing if reservation is stopped then caste should also be removed if you agree on this then we happily throw this reservation on your mouth. I know every caste have poor people but they don't face the discrimination that we are facing on our daily basis, so it is better for you if you clear your thoughts on this topic. #Peace

very well presented . Reservation helped me to come out of poverty as my father had no land ,but a 4th grade job at an industry and only a house. I had to face taunts from other students , but I never minded their words as they never visited a village .If they would have seen the village I was from , they would have seen a world apart in 80's-90's. A world where 95% land is occupied by general category and 5% by the population who are serving them. Now I have already made my mind that my children would not use reservation . I wanted to grow them without a caste identity , only religion Hindu. There was a funny incident . My kid got admitted in class 1 in a private school and I left caste option in admission form nil . But when I wanted to change his school in class 3rd , I got his TC from the school , and surprisingly caste in TC was filled Brahmin by school authority, as it was mandatory to specify caste in that certificate issued by state government. So caste will never leave a person in India and caste supremacy is going to be there for next 100 years. Government should not make compulsory to write caste name in various documents. caste option should be made optional. To tackle creamy layer case in reserved category,government should reassess population and it is easier to track income tax and earning using aadhar. Caste certificate should be linked to aadhar. And how will government deal with soft caste discrimination still existing in educated society ? For example , My family and one of my colleague's family had a great fun in Goa tour. But my colleague's wife was curious to know my caste and we revealed them that we are xxx caste from SC category. Since then, that family behaved like a stranger to us :). Since I have faced this situation before , I also assume we never knew each other, and I am adapted to it. Truth is that large portion of corporate jobs is with MNC's and compared to it government jobs are meagre. And what should be %age of reserved category professionals in MNCs? And what is %age of general category professionals? may be 70%-80% . What is solution ?

It's not Not reservation, It's about who is getting them, My friend is rich and made a EWS certificate My one SC friend is very rich than me(General), No one knows his caste Untill he brings his Caste certificate of Buddhist SC In reality SC ST reservation are mostly taken by middle class or Rich SC ST, And most of the SC ST are still living in that condition If that person who deserves Reservation gets that then there is No problem with reservations And yes Reservation should not be more than 25 30% Total 65% reservation(including General EWS, Female) is there in India In states like Tamil Nadu 69%(without any General EWS or Gender) This creates a problem that In a exam were people studies for years and they don't get anything after scoring more than 60% students who are giving with you It's Not Just About Caste Reservation Religious Minoritiy, Linguistic Minoritiy, Regional reservation, Home state, female, EWS, SC, ST, OBC, etc. (There are many like J and K, Army but they didn't affects the most)

​@@aayushjha5004 here I like to add something. How we can remove reservation? If someone is taking reservation and got the service or job. Then that persons family now onwards should not get the reservation. They will be treated as general. Why because BR Ambedkar clear that reservation is for uplifting the backward class. Now if a class got a job by taking the reservation then that person is uplifted then no need of reservation now onwards to that persons dependents.

Totally agree with the 2nd girl...every sc/st family should get benefits of reservation so that one day no ones left behind.. but currently i have seen many many cases where members of same family were benefitted from reservation over generations from job to promotion that too for each family individual...now these families become certainly more financially stabl, their children go to top convent schools get tutions and coaching and got selected upon less numbers..this created a creamy layer in sc/st itself and only they will get reservation benefits for years to come according to current reservation system. This must change now ...Thoughts?

I belong to SC category.. A few month ago, railway group D published the result. I got 62 marks marks out of hundred. And my friend who belongs to general category he got 53 marks. He is selected for PT. But I am not. Because of he have EWS category. And one important thing is that in my friend's family two person are already in government job. In every railway zone EWS cut off mark is less than SC category about 10 marks. Ye log arkshan ka mza v lenge aur seena chauda karke apne aap ko pdhaku v btayenge. Hypocrisy Ki Bhi Koi Sima hoti hai

Most Educated Lower Caste lmao EWS means Economic Weaker Section. They have many People who are not listed as OBC SC and ST but it does not mean upper caste because there are many Tribes or People who are backward yet they don't come in any category and It also Includes people of Different religion. Thank you for showing your Intelligence and Proving How a scheme of 75 years which couldn't even uplift it's benefactor is still praised in a constitution (SC/ST are still the poorest).

मुझे बताओगे जनरल कैटेगरी वाले तुम्हारे बच्चे जो वीवीआईपी स्कूल जिंकी फीस 2 लाख सालाना होती है उनसे एससी वाला बच्चा कासे टक्कर लेगा और उनसे केसे टक्कर लेगा जो बदाम एसी क्लासमेट कॉपी...वगैरह सुख सुविधा ला भोग कर रहे हैं जिन्को सिर्फ पढ़ने की टेंशन है किसी से टकराएगा और क्या अपराधी 8 लाख से ऊपरी कामने से अस्पृश्यता खत्म होती है जाति है क्या दिमाग हममें भी होता है पर जो तुमको मौका मिलता है वो शायद एससी के बच्चों को कभी कास्ट को उठाने के लिए पहल कुए नहीं करते

That's why Ananya told that the preference or reservation or whatsoever should be given during preparation....don't think that this reservation ends when exam ends it remains in college during studies...bcz the level which had been put in by general students is more rather than those guyzz(rare cases do exist) but I am talking generally...At last reservation create discrimination

Mai general caste se belong karta hun lekin aarakshan ka samarthan karta hun lekin sirf unke liye jinko jarurat hai. MLA SC ST hai - unke bacho ko aarakshan ka kya matlab ? Girl said prepare their entrance test rather than giving reservation. A child who born in poor SC family , they studied in extreme conditions. Now compare with a child who born in rich family ,born with silver spoon , got costly education . Both of them completed their 23 years. Can a poor guy ever compete with the rich one in entrance exam ? 23 years in extreme conditions then pay fee only for their entrance preparation is a bad idea rather than giving them reservation. Entrance coaching is just a way to polish -its only for them who are already prepared and just need a polish but not for them who wants to start.

Reservation should be on basis of income not on caste and religion
