今日は久しぶりにビーチコしました。
最近かなりメンタルに大ダメージを受け落ち込んでいましたが
海に行き波の音や綺麗な景色、海の大きさの再確認、夢中にシーグラスを拾って少し落ち着きました。
ビーチコーミングって私にとってセラピーでもあるなぁと。
きっと他の人も私のように落ち込んだら海に行って癒される人も多いと思います!
綺麗な自然に感謝しています。

I haven't went to the beach to beach comb in a while.
Something happened to me that was truly hurtful so I was in a negative mind set for few days.
I went to the beach and noticed that the ocean is huge and the sounds of the waves crashing, the beautiful view, and just picking up beach glass is very therapeutic for me.
I know im not the only one that goes to the sea when youre not feeling the best!
