スウィングとジャズが一緒なのかは分からないんですけど...笑リズム的にスウィング感じあります

From what I understand from the PV (I read through fan-translations of the lyrics and pretty much it pretty much supports my theory). Emma (pink haired girl) aspires to be a star. She thinks she wants to be "one of the girls" in her showgirl/dance group, but deep down she has a dream of being the best, rich and famous (pink butterfly). She contemplates on why she can't be who she wants to be in front of a mirror. Her alter-ego Tear (blue haired girl) pulls her into "her world" of gel beavers and sugar cubes. Tear represents emotional side Emma hides from people (she was abused/teased for showing emotions probably it being read as "having an attitude" and learned how to hold her emotions back, also symbolic with turning off the fauced as holding in emotions) and the gel beavers are her regrets. Each time Emma has to hold back on her emotions she does "a beaver" (bites her lower lip) and chooses to only show her emotional side in private (her changing into Tear when in private and being accompanied only by gel beavers, her regrets) and "adding sugar cubes to her regrets" - trying to justify her regrets and by that trying to convince most of them "weren't that big of a deal anyway". Somtimes it doesn't work, for example when other girls are getting praised and Emma cries - her lipstick turns blue, because her emotional side (Tear) took over. Well, Tear has an answer to her problems, let her take over and bottle Emma up with the gel beavers. She calls Emma "beaver" when they meet and tries to convince her for the whole song that Emma is a beaver - a regret ("Emma" as in her cold on the outside timid self, Tear thinks her life up unitl now was just full of regrets and Tear is the true Emma that stays hidden). When the gel beaver eats the pink butterlfy (the dream) it turns gigantic, it's the possible regret she's going to expirience if she holds back on her dream, it will destroy both Emma and Tear (psychologically), but Emma does something unexpected, she saves Tear from the gel beaver. This is symbolic of Emma still trying to hold onto her emotions because that's what makes her human and Tear on the other hand realizes that if she just ends up being vurnable all the time she will just get hurt over and over again, she needs her "shield" so to say. So in the end they fuse. Fused Emma is fully aware how to cope with her emotions, she knows how much to express and how much to hide (in this example, a sensual dance, but with her usual cold face), she becomes much more confident in herself and stronger as a result. Now, I know Emma becomes "The Nurse" in Junky Night City Orchestra, but how it exactly plays into a narrative will probably be easier to explain the more songs of this series we get, most importantly who this "Doctor" character is, but after drawing attention to the blue barrette Emma only had when she was a little girl, I think Nurse-Emma is the image of how her parents wanted her to become, emotionless, obedient with more "pure" job (very responsible, but still not in a spotlight the way a doctor would be), which kinda fits with JNCO theme of "fighting people's expectations of you".

OMG thank you for the explanation this is what i waiting for,to read the theory in comment section,Lol. but,i want to know your opinion about where all "the nurse" comes from in junky night town orchestra,as we can see it,the nurse is emma right?so how is the doctor can get so many emma to become his "nurse" ?

I haven’t read the other fan theories or anything but to me it seemed like Tear was initially frustrated by how Emma constantly compared herself to everyone else but never did anything about it, so she drags Emma into the mirror to try to shake her out of it and wake up to the fact that if she doesn’t stand up for herself then they’ll just walk all over her. When the beaver monster attacks, Emma is the first to move because Tear’s words have spurred her to action. When they’re eaten by the beaver, Emma dies, but Tear lives on to realize their dream and the soft smile she gives the mirror was to Emma because she did it all for her. Maybe it’s too sappy?
