The screen test that landed the lead in 'Betty Blue' (aka '37°2 le matin' in France). Hired by director Jean Jacques Beineix, it segues into filming Betty Blue scenes with Jean Hughes Anglade at 6:30. Filmed by casting director Dominique Besnehard.
Dalle loves punk. She name-drops Dead Kennedys, Sid Vicious, Johnny Rotten and Joe Strummer, in a 2018 interview:
“I’m much more interested in the world of rock than that of music,” she says now. What’s on your iPhone? “Rage Against the Machine, Dead Kennedys. Me, I like hardcore. After punk, I love rap. One of my exes is a rapper. You know what’s really respectable with rap? It’s like punk. Maybe you don’t like the music or whatever, but it’s a cry, a cry from the street.”

Wow! She was an enchantress, the kind of woman who could drive men to crime or madness. She could start a war. You can see that dangerous edge which has been evident throughout her life.

Before you comment on Beatrice, I beg of you to remember; this is woman through it all. That does not excuse her actions in the past, in present (not that she cares for “forgiveness”, as she has publicly apologized when she's FELT like it) - rather it explains them a bit better. Bear in mind, sexual assault, toxic/abusive parents, poverty, grooming (she does not perceive it this way, it's okay, she lives in denial of many things, I've come to gather up from following her life and art for YEARS), early stardom (YES, 20 SOMETHING IS EARLY. F YOUR STANDARDS), etc... So yeah. Have a look within, and if still, you find her unbearable; good. She rejoices in it.

Pour moi au contraire elle était au bon endroit au bon moment. Hollywood fait des trucs très bien dans les années 50, mais en France dans les années 80 on fait "37.2 le Matin".
