Great video John, two quick questions about DR for VMWare using INMAGE site to site (no Azure). First can it write to a VMDK file off the target server so you can connect and start from ESX? And second, when replicating to Azure - is networking information protected/converted or does that have to be done manually?

Superb as always John, Quick question does ASR support using an already replicated VM as the source, for example could I ASR my replica that is in my DR site? Thanks in advance

No, you can't have a replica of a replica (assuming you are talking Hyper-V). Windows 2012 R2 supports extended replica (replica of a replica) but when replicating to Azure it must be the primary replica.
