That said he have given many questionable advices from back then and even recently like how new players are able to get 2 goldburns ( recent vid), how comet is better than tenrai for hakuryuu, how players are unable to get the UR HE gun from NJ event because its a rerun, all of which are false, and that is just a few of the many things he have said. If you thought ectl was not good, wait till you see his disc. He have banned legit new players looking for help and his elitist attitude saying that players should not be questioning his wrong advices in contrast to his attitude in his curated videos. Most people that are against Kimocheese is because of his attitude, so they tend to make fun of the wrong advices that he provide.

@@Makino1260 I see, aight thanks for the reply I've been watching him for quite some time along with other AL youtubers like Jimmy, though mostly just to hear quick tips or opinions with an open mind that might help me in harder content since I usually just use ships that I find personally interesting regardless of meta and sometimes I need info on stuff like the right gear for them to stay afloat and do damage

Jokes aside, Gascogne against the 14-4 boss was the biggest surprise for me. She's not usually a boss killer, but man, she was on fire. Sure, she's outdated now, but 2 years ago I couldn't imagine my 14-4 boss fleet without her. Definitely a hidden gem for this fight

I was saw CN wiki author group’s explan: Yorktown II equipped EU aircraft can get rocket barrage, than Yorktown II had bomb, rocket and torpedo attack form(bomber fighter, Tenrai, Wyvern, and AD-1 sky raider barrage) it was good attack structure. My through add: Yorktown II had heal 3% 5times, it make up survival, and Yorktown II had good hide than Harkyuu because Yorktown II had speed up of hide.

Typical reddit moment. There's also the IB simp about Hindenburg and Zwei for special tiering lmao

Hell, anything where IB is a focus will turn that subreddit into a mob of angry apes showing complete disregard of the rules for the subreddit. literally you coud get reported if you were exicited for an IB event, and on one occasion there was even a death threat because Hindenburg was announced as part of PR6, but yes typical reddit.

This is amazing. They ranked Hamman II in this tier list than the ECTL. I swear she should've been ranked even higher than tier 3 since she's basically Kazagumo but lower HP and better AA

jimmy i think ur content is amazing keep up the good work and dont let the hate get to you. It would be nice if u made going into the negative responses in a separate video and went into more depth on defending yourself or clowning on them. i would love to watch either.

About Klaudia: I assume is due her global heal. She can heal the whole fleet (including main) at the start of the battle even if she lacks preload. So she also can heal the main fleet comfy with her airstrikes (thing that unicornd can't do) and surprinsingly her damage is good. While leveling her on W13 I discovered that her damage ouput is really high for a CVL due having an extra torpedo bomber slot instead of the anti-air slot, decent efficiency and barrages. Also, personal note... People REALLY underestimate Arizona META for W14 xDU...

The CN Tier list has been updated to include worlds 15 and 13h. Can you please review the updated tier list so we can learn how good it is relative to your objectively perfect tier lists?

Do you have the link for the whole page? Would love to see the CN equiment tier list as well.

Can I just point out that making a tier list based on a single stage of the game that plays unlike every other stages is ... questionable? I would say the same if they did it and they likely did based in world 13, take good old Emden, terrible AA because WWI ship and if making a tier list for world 13 she would rank lower ... however she is bonkers when planes are not world 13 levels as I am curious how the hell I managed to get 3m XP when I kinda stop using her months ago and I dont even recall what fleet she was on. As for Perseus since this kinda annoys me, I rate Unicorn higher on the fact she is new player friendly as getting her is trivial as Perseus is still event lock, honestly I kinda dont like event locked ships being in a list either because I recall when I started playing and seeing a lot of those ships being locked away, as a new player you arent getting Perseus anyway so its not a question of who is better but rather of who can you actually use that removes choice but I suppose tier lists dont care about it even if I think they should note availability, everyone can get Agir eventually but Klaudia? Nope ... collab and that means you maybe get another shoot at her and then she goes into the same realm as Underwater Ray Romano ships.

A tire lists that looks at a specific context is often more objective than a general list that may way one set of advantages/disadvantages in separate context defrently but they end up being equal to each other but one is rated higher than the other

@@derikpham3368 Well the thing is chapter 14 is not endgame, OpSi is because you spend more time in there that in chapter 14 were you just farm for New Orleans and you done, maybe coins but even then people usually farm 12-4. Just because its the last stage doesnt mean its endgame as AL removes around events that have their own gimmicks but are lower level that world 11+, tier should be how the game is most of the time, not gimmick stages of the game regardless of their placement and if you are doing that then make a tier list for every gimmick stage like world 12-13 plane heavy and world 10-11 kamikaze boats and if we look at OpSi then tier lists became slightly different as PR ships became even more advantageous, see the problem?

@@ProjectAtlasmodling Yes and no, a tier list is generalist because if you build for world 14 you wont get get there because 10-11 have a different gimmick and so do 12-13. Let me give you a example of another game, Blue Archive were they do what you say because endgame is the raid bosses and you have Ako that is all-round great because of what she does, she is tiered higher because of that and then you have S. Hoshimo and Mika that are amazing units but because the way the game works in relation to damage they arent that good outside their element like Ako is. This is why raid bosses have recommend teams and yes Worlds 10+ in AL can have recommended teams like META fights but as tier list that would became hard work and of dubious usefulness for new players that just want to compare how a ship is to another, if they should prioritize then or not, take QE META fight were you wanted to have at least a META ship for it when in 99.9% of the time there are better ships.

@@drakron you have a point, but what I mean is chapter 14 is definitely harder than most mobs you encounter in OpSi: the mobs are stronger, there's concealment, there's anti-sub warfare, not to mention there's a whole lot more of them compared to other chapters, etc really can give your fleet a hard time if not careful. Meanwhile OpSi is purely just endgame grind, something you do when there's nothing left to do, and there's an entire section dedicated for that so you can't compare it to chapter 14 tier list. Chapters 10-11 and 12-13 have their own gimmicks, but they don't affect the gameplay that much (maybe 12-13 can, but definitely not 10-11) and there's more windows for errors so at most I can see a recommended list for them, but surely not a whole tier list

Tbh AL community has a giant bias against AL youtubers, Jimmy arent the only one who I see getting free hate. I'll never understand it, since Jimmy, other youtubers and AL community usually agree in 95%, the 5% they disagree is enough to people hate the guy lmao. This community has to many manchilds who need seriously to grow. That said, I really enjoyed his video about ECTL, I'm a big fan of this TL and all his criticism made sense and I wish they could take at least some of his advices.

I would say most AL youtubers have questionable takes, especially the popular ones. They mostly take inspiration from other people's judgement and add their own questionable takes.

It is just that most of the criticism that were raised against those youtubers are usually deleted from their channels, or the youtubers themselves delete their questionable takes while I would say Jimmy finds it funny that there are these sort of comments so doesn't remove them. I could list some examples but here is Jimmy's channel and i will refrain from naming their names here. Frankly it is annoying because every time a new event pops up, The popular youtubers always give questionable takes through datamined data which they did not credit the datamine team what so ever. or speculations( like guessing skills of what new ships have or doing a subpar showcase with non-maxed skills or just saying generic statements about the new ships like xxx new ship is good without going too in depth) If a statement is wrong, it is correct to point it out. I don't think Comet is better than Tenrai, I also think Plymouth is meta etc.

The guy in the beginning was obviously someone who skipped to the end of the video, walked right into the trap.

My only critisim with Jimmy is using Reddit in light mode, hmm.. but I can't tell if he was trolling me on purpose kek Anyhow I think it's good to make people aware of other decent tierlists, so that they aren't limited to a single source of information. It opens up more perspectives and different contexts to aid in their progression.

Arizona's a CV now?!? (See 23:48 .) Aside from that, to me it seems a fair tier list. I wonder what it would think of me using Z1, Z23 and Z46 to farm PR6 though; and with historically accurate gear no less.

Bcz everyone has to compare every new CL to Plymouth nowadays. If not close to Plymouth then 2 or 3 tiers below her.
