Stunning house ! Not loud . Just calm. A space where a family can feel at home and just relax.

Absolutely beautiful. Pakistani designers are so very talanted.I have a very useful suggestion all architects should design houses according to the weather conditions. For example, although glass windows look very beautiful but glass heats up a lot during summers, lots of glass used then trying to cool down the house means using more electricity. Why don't they use hollow bricks in Punjab like Karachi? Hollow bricks are cooler and making these hollow bricks spoils the atmosphere. There should be building rules to allow certain amount of glass used, use of hollow bricks and also insulation rules that there should be a certain amount of insulation on roof etc. There are many more such things that can be done to keep the house cooler.

And y do you have to compare yourself to India all the time? Also haven't you seen sustainability focused houses featured on this channel? Also care to elaborate if someone has a taste and can afford the maintenance, what's wrong in doing that? By that principle should we all start living in minimalist housing like Japanese ppl do 😅

First of all, It looks like an office. Secondly too much glass for lahore.I wonder how do two seasoned architects reviewd it and failed to notice that it's going to be like an oven. This design is ideal for cold climates instead of lahore. Sadly This channel only focuses on shashka not innovation. I feel like Japanese and European elements have been incorporated like the gong, Buddha n the tree, n that makes it innovative!?

Most impractical. The never ending windows in a city that has to bear 40° plus of temperatures.. imagine the amount of air conditioning required for passing through these sun room and galleys in the scorching summers. Is this what we as a nation are contributing to the greenhouse gases and amplifying the greenhouse effect? Architecture like this only depict the mind and creation of the creator behind it but in isolation with the consequences and impact it shall have on the masses, the earth, the atmosphere, today and tomorrow.

There is a big issue with big glass windows , it becomes a greenhouse in summers and cold storage in winters. Utility wise this concept is total failure here in Pakistan. You need extreme energy to maintain the temperature of the house. Having double glass windows helps a little must still its miserable.

It does not seem that those aspects have been looked into - It’s getting hotter and hotter every year and electricity costs are sky rocketing - How hot this house will be in summers one can only imagine - with those huge glass windows and no shade or greenery in sight

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN ME❓ Does our LOCAL environment allow us to have such massive Glass panels in living spaces, I want to address the PRIVACY ISSUE, GREEN HOUSE EFFECT AND THEN MENTANENCE of such structures. 💥Probably for such house owners it doesn't matter much because they may be using this structure as their vacation house. So please avoid "OMG" or "O Wow" and deliberate a educated comment as their competency is at stake. 💥What happen to our National and Traditional eco-friendly concepts. I guess in Architectural it's not thought any more❓ please In name of aesthetic and modern design STOP contributing in planting a Concert Jungle.

Can someone elaborate what the viewers really want from these videos? I only come for different designs which are quite different from run of the mill cookie cutter designs. Well if people want to criticize them then they should suggest improvements in the design. I for one think that Pakistani architects don’t know how to properly design bathrooms and to some extent kitchens . I agree with the reviewer that one only needs bedrooms for sleeping and not play cricket! It’s easier to cool and heat smaller spaces. Also get rid of jacuzzis, the most useless thing. Formal drawing/ dining are least used rooms. List goes on. Cheers.

@@asad-kc8zf the viewer (me) wants to look at designs and structures that are liveable. I would much rather watch someone explain the use of materials and techniques that are actually suitable for our climate rather than these cheap concrete and glass ripoffs from god knows where. I want to see a bunch of architects get together and talk about boycotting the absolutely stupid bylaws and building regulations of dha and LDA. I want to see a revival of the use of lime and exposed brick. I don't want to see this modern dystopia and these intellectual pygmies on my screen.....in summary
