Yes, it was trim. Initial setting was 1.4. But its not enough for the first phase of the climb. So pilot press trim button and on the screen controling vertical speed of the aircraft and angle of the climb. Its very important, because after take off is dangerous situation for stall

And on the other hand, trim is important against big acceleration of the aircraft after take off. If you check SID charts, there are usually speed restrictions in the initial turn. So speed of take off is activate by the TO/GA button (when pilot push throttle to full, its activate FADEC system and its control thrust take off level - its good for condition of the engines), and in the first phase of climb is speed control by pilots. Than they engage autopilot and speed is control by FMS (flight management system).

Never knew that one of the pilots was actually allowed to take off his headsets during the flight, guessing as long as one of them has them on it's ok, right, then I saw a few minutes later, both of them had taken them off, the heard that the cockpit has built in speakers so that they can hear the radio that way....
