You can, probably the easiest way is to use any service for Pub/Sub like for instance Azure Event Grid :)

Hey ADAM, Can you tell me that the Azure Sphere is PAAS OR SAAS ?

I am confused about IoT Central, the video and other sources says it is a Sass, the Microsoft Docs say it is a Pass, which one is it? Regards!

Azure Sphere would be considered a (PaaS) too Adam ?
