    Thanks a lot for explaining very clearly 🙏 I think I might be having chronic stress so searched "Chronic Stress & Ayurveda" and found this video. I am fascinated by ayurveda, yoga and prananyamam. I Hope they become mainstream knowledge as soon as possible. I am in AI field and hope there is a way for 'Computational Ayurveda' 'Computational Yoga' 'Computational Pranayamam' (because I know that NLP started as 'Computational Linguistics' and so did many fields which are now mainstream AI) and my aspiration to try these in future. I am from Sri Lanka. I just wanted to thank you and let you also know that there are like minded people around the world.

    Dr Vignesh Devraj,this was a wonderful analysis of CFS. All angles were discussed,physical ,mental. Of course Vata ,Pitta ,& Kapha! I did have CFS,but I have just spontaneously recovered. Trust it does not recur. I do pranayam ,yoga. Meditation too!! I enjoyed this vdo Dhanyawad!!

    Excellent content! I have chronic fatigue and this information is just priceless for me. As CFS has no cure in allopathy, I was searching for a cure in Ayurveda. I was used to be a very active person and focused person in my life. But due to high pressure job and stressful life, the level of stress was very high. This go on, but some days past two and half years. I felt that, inspite of sleeping 6-7 hours, I feel extremely tired. And since than, my energy level is so unstable that I can hardly do anything consistently. Thanks for sharing your valuable experience. I have one question, can we cure chronic fatigue by meditation?

    May I ask a question? If chronic fatigue syndrome is caused by high vata, would it then not be beneficial to sleep more and wake up during Kapha hours to counteract Vata? I am asking because I was taught in my Ayurvedic Practitioner Training that people with CFS/Fibromyalgia should literally sleep as many hours as possible, the more the better, at least 10..... So there is no way getting up in Vata time.... I do prefer your perspective because it seems to be more in tune with the cycles of nature and supports the spiritual path. But still I wonder....could getting up around 5 and sleeping maybe "only" 6 -7 hours effectively not increase Vata? I fully understand that it would be best for people who don't have CFS/Fibromyalgia/High Vata. Maybe best to first train the body to sleep by ten without issues and the rest will fall in place? I think it is what you said also, that staying up late is the main culprit. The last thing I want to say is, I thoroughly enjoy these sessions, your way of sharing is very inspiring and I am learning a lot. 🙏🏼🌺

    I just want to point out that burnout and chronic fatigue syndrome aren't the same thing. They might manifest similarly short term but long term they are very different. Do you put them in one basket because they are basically both vata disbalances?
