    Guys don’t heat palm oil for 10 minutes - I did this once and the pot set on fire, which resulted in the fire service being called. The fire was very serious, but thankfully no harm was done. Please be careful.

I had a mini party on Christmas day and had several guests; i made ayamase sauce ,it was finger licking.All the guests kept asking for more and take away packs (....thank God i made so much o). It was different from the regular jollof and fried rice. Thank you so much...... I am glued to sis yemmie's recipe ooo.

  • @nkwakutoure

    @nkwakutoure

    7 жыл бұрын

    oyindundun you should not "cook" with olive oil because it is not meant for high temperature. just use palm or coconut oil or even lard or beef tallow but never use vegetable oil because it is rancid before you even but it and after heating this rancid oil it becomes highly toxic to the body.
