Guys don’t heat palm oil for 10 minutes - I did this once and the pot set on fire, which resulted in the fire service being called. The fire was very serious, but thankfully no harm was done. Please be careful.

Abeg keep to your food. It is quite rude to think other people's food are disgusting. Y'all Africans hate Nigerians but are always the ones making rude comments.

Great recipe again! I couldn't figure out a way to bleach Palmoil without activating our hypersensitive smoke alarm so I used olive oil with a dash of Palmoil....lol.....still came out delish!!!!
@nkwakutoure

oyindundun you should not "cook" with olive oil because it is not meant for high temperature. just use palm or coconut oil or even lard or beef tallow but never use vegetable oil because it is rancid before you even but it and after heating this rancid oil it becomes highly toxic to the body.
Bad time to watch this video for me cause I'm so hungry but it looks really good
Good job
Sisi, please I noticed you always bleaching oil, is there any benefit to it? I will like to know Instead of Veg oil
The locus seed . Do you have to watch the quantity? You put in the stew. Hope one can find them in the African Grocery Stores in US. Will ask around
