I love to watch her play. Ayaka is one of the best up-and-coming players on the LPGA.

Watch her highlights from Scottish Open 2022 final round which she won. Amazing tempo and temperment, does not seem to be rattled by anything and does things at her own comfortable pace. Her swing is so repeatable and consistent, not relying on power but effortless rythm.

What a fantastic win. I must admit that I didn't expect that when she was three behind with five to go. But finally she has won her second LPGA event after so many heartbreak on a Sunday, and to do it in a major in the manner that she did was very moving.

#1 scoring avg....#1 top 10's... #1 most birdies...#1 most under par rounds...#3 driving accuracy....any surprise she won??? This young one is SPECIAL and she's just getting started🏆👏👏💪

素晴らしい最終日のプレイでした🏆 初日からロケット発進でリードしましたが、最終日の緊張感はどれほどだったでしょうね。153cmという小柄な彼女が、幼い頃から水泳とゴルフの両立に成功しました。 今年は全米オープンとエビアンで日本人が勝ちました🏅 8月の全英オープンも日本人が制したら、本当に嬉しいと思います。 一昔前には考えられなかった強さです。

そもそもエビアンがメジャーという認識がないし、なんとなく格が低い。全英とか全米の冠がないと日本人は興味がない。 だから、エビアンじゃなくて全仏オープンにすれば少しは格が上がって、興味をもつんじゃないかな。テニスと混同するが。
