What is the model # for the 2.2 complete axles? Also all you did was reverse the ring & pinion gear in the diff so it turns forward?

I run boca sealed ceramics on my summit in key places put them in 3 years ago.still in there.not cheap but they have psyrd for themselves a few times over by now.

Good video. Just wish you were a little more in depth on how you setup the wiring with the controller. Im looking into the same setup but i just bought a whole axle setup due to the fact it was almost $100 & buying the components to convert the rear axle is more expensive. But overall good video. Id definitely be interested in seeing a more in depth video of you have made one or decide to make one

Have you converted a TRX 4 to a 4 link up front with an axle mounted servo? Im not a big fan of the 3 link and pan hard setup.

I have all the parts and the Bastens Quadrasteer and 5 Wraiths and haven’t done a thing with it. Fell out of love with the Wraith and now into scale rigs. There all money pits but those Wraiths are famous for sucking up the money.

I run a brushed motor what would u rec for a upgraded heavy wraith

Wraith is a great all round vehicle, its big fun and can take some abuse. Its ok as a crawler but in my opinion its not as good as a narrower vehicle. The Bully is a straight out crawler and its extremely capable, not much of a scene around for them in my area.

That's my wraith in the video, I love it even more with 4 wheel steer. It crawls amazing! Even before 4WS it makes a great trail truck and basher. Just like exocaged said, they are a pain to work on

If you use a radio with a third proportional channel you can just control the rear independently all the time, instead of having to switch modes.

I can do that with the radio I have but it’s end point to end point with auto center when released. I use that mode sometimes but I like the mixing of the hacked gt3c.

People with loud exhaust ARE so cool. If it’s too loud your too old.

selectable steering modes from the transmitter so yeah you can do front steering only 4ws, crab and rear steering only if you want.

Why would you use ceramic bearings on an off-road muddy vehicle

1.9 tire?

The servo your putting in his mine keeps burning though that so what should I do to fix it so it doesn’t do that

André Charland yeah I agree but these are the parts I was given. There is a little bit of clearance for it to work.

Nice! I've seen some comps and the guys have something like momentary fixed rear steer (lack of better terminology). It's like they can fix the rear steer at certain epa's left or right and move the front steer freely. Have you seen or done this? Thanks in advance

Viet Tran yes I can set these radios up for that style steering. I prefer to have it mixed like it is as with this radio it’s very easy to switch steering mode.

@@viettran5438 yeah I call it momentary, similar to what real vehicles use in monster trucks and bouncers, they simply have a switch. With RC we have proportional mix controls so I just use that

Use a Sanwa mt4s and with rear steer on lever, and you never go mix again.

I tried to put a steering axle on my wraith but when i hit the throttle the rear goes in reverse. What did i do wrong.

The ring gear is on the wrong side. Flip the gear.
