Thanks for all your time and effort 🙏 it is very much appreciated I got my hands on a Ryft and really love it ,, I've changed out the electronics for a mamba x crawler combo and replaced the shocks with some stock losi rock rey shocks in front, keeping the rear ryft shocks installed with the rear losi shocks in the first position, it almost completely eliminated the torque twist ,stiffening it up considering ,, again thanks for all your time and effort 🙏

Rtr . Ready to replace. My wraith after 10 runs on 3 s , the esc went up in flames, the motor failed. The shocks leaked out most shock oil before the 10 runs. Truck never ran in water. I do enjoy the machine . Easy to work on. Starting to have problems with servo failing to turn. Hobby town ran electrical test on servo, its not electrical.

I love running mine on hiking trails. Mine also has a puller pro 2700kv and mamba x. Reefs 422hd servo, solid horn. Its killer! I hope axial hurries up with the replacement parts though!

The differential gears are ROUGH too...

the first time i drove i broke axle was my fault 2nd time i drove it which was also first time using 4s it stripped my gears there cool looking but there not worth the money due to the fact u gotta put 100s more into it

Also, why they put those links at that angle to have the loads push sideways instead of forward and backwards I'll never know. I'm going to put straight ends on mine until metal ends become available.

I will play with the settings some more, but I like having more control over the motor, and even though the RYFT isn't meant to be a crawler, better throttle control at low speed would be preferable.

Are fast Eddie bearings any better than the stock bearings? The price does not suggest that they're high quality.

Watching back late because I'm the other side of the world... looks very interesting. Would Ryft axles work as a strength upgrade for an SMT10? And rather than oil would Tamiya AW Grease stiffen the diffs a bit? We use it in touring cars for that.

I’ve got an orange one preordered...it’s disturbing to see the crack in the axle housing 🧐. All the abuse I put my axials through and I haven’t seen that yet.

I abused it during the shoot but still sucks to see. Could have been a fluke, or not, I’m unsure. We’ll see as they roll out and we all have more drivetime.

They are sealed bearings you do not crease them

got the name game beat! My mom had a C section so she was sedated when my dad signed the birth certificate. i was suppose to be Arlo James cartled which is my moms dads first name as my middle name, well he added his dads first name Christopher so i had two middle names and when she woke up she got upset and added hill maiden name so now im Arlo James Christopher Hill Cartledge! lol
