Finally got your hands on an Ares, that's awesome brother! Thank you so much for the review. You're exactly right, the Ares is designed to destroy the argument that you shouldn't batton with your knife... So I designed one deliberately for battoning. Yes the edge could be thinner, the grind could be less chonky and make for a better chopper... But we already have hundreds of options like that already. So the Ares is designed to destroy anything in its path. And as we saw from JoeX, it'll destroy just about anything lol. So pleased you got one now. I can't wait to see what Blackie has to say about it. That would be awesome to see on video. Thanks again brother! 😁🤘

And honestly I love it just how it is I love the whole concept it feels amazing in hand there will be several videos with this You can believe that. I'd like to do not only some camping but maybe some kayaking starting a fire in the rain that kind of thing and this is my knife for it awesome job brother!

Thanks for the review brother! This knife is fit for a warrior like you! Thank you for voicing your causes every video. I knew a few addicts back when I was growing up in the ghetto and I myself was addicted to alcohol at a young age. I have seen the damage it has done to my loved ones. I moved out the ghetto about 9 years ago and changed my life around to serve god and to serve others. Your motto of “Never quit quitting” is something I live by and share with others when they are having a hard time.

I noticed how the blade gets wider from the handle to the tip. That extra chunk of metal at the end adds that extra weight to come down hard on wood. This is one of my favorite designs 😎🤙

What a badass blade. I love the design.

Love that knife call me crazy but I'd love to see a smaller model also 5.5- 6.0 inch blade would be a great camp knife especially if you had to pack a couple miles into your camp sight. If you can drive in then hell ya bring the beast but I could see a scaled-down model being cool and useful also. Great work tuff Wednesday love the knife.

I did a video on this knife probably two years ago maybe not that long and I absolutely adored it then. I had forgotten how much I loved it until here recently

I have the utmost respect for people that go out and make knives by hand. I hope some day to have the time and have a place to be able to do this. The best is to see the personal input that makes each knife special. Good luck with the challenge. I'm here for it!!!!

Man, if a knife can cut through a cinderblock than that is a knife you need to hold on to and don't sell. I was trying to come up with what that knife looks like a cross between for me and here is my equation that I came up with. Bowie + Hatchet + Machete = Total bad to the bone knife awesomeness. Axe my brother! For chopping and splitting, I'll win everytime with an axe! Nice blade and hard hitting machete or heavy knife is wonderful but can't hang with a good camp axe! It's physics! I have at least 20 axes. For an ideal camp axe, something along the lines of a Gransfors Scandinavian Forest axe is unmatched by any heavy knife. And it can easily featherstick and baton. A good leather handle protector near the head on the handle is all that's required, and a sheath of course! My opinion but I'd prove it if called out to! When it comes to smashing cinder block, no problem with the axe poll. I could go through a pallet of cinder block with an axe poll. I'm not saying an axe can replace a heavy knife for all applications, but any I need in camp!

None... WTG , Vic, Does an amazing job not only with the handles but the designs. Yes there are a ton of designers that work there in Vic gives them autonomy and carte blanche, however, he has final say and he does a phenomenal job keeping hot spots and reverb out of the knives
