it's the rapier that changes it. culling blade doesn't have a threshhold anymore. it deal pure damage now, which gets amplified by rapier

It still has a damage threshold, khanda is just applied before the spellcast. With 1600 damage and 100% spell amp from the rapiers, he’s dealing like 2400 magic damage from Khanda. Plus the ult threshold is doubled from spell amp. Without building magic res it should instakill a 3k HP hero.

For positive armor R, the physical damage multiplier is 1/(1 + .06 R). So for 235 armor, that's 1/(1 + .06 * 235) = 0.0663. In other words, that's 93.37% physical reduction.

Khanda is the worst item ever created in Dota 2.

This is fine, perfectly balanced game. Beta 2 still in dota. Back then it was easier to make turnover vs well farmed enemy whos having fun instead of finish the game even if you had noob ally. Now i often see this kind of game where one dude makes khanda and 5 rapiers, killing everyone just after respawn till creeps slowly get the ancient :|
